Location: Dublin, OH

Duration 6-12 Months

Rate: $35/hr on C2C

 

Job Description:

 

Responsibilities        

•         Test Strategy, test planning, test preparation and test execution

•         Mentor team for work assignment and conduct cross trainings with in team

•         Proactively identify the risks and come up with mitigation plan

•         Provide periodic status reports to project manager/ stake holders

•         Client interfacing

Skills 

•         Participate in meetings to gather requirements ( Performance Testing projects)

•         Provide estimates on Performance Testing

•         Very good hands on experience in atleast one Performance Testing tool preferably LoadRunner/ Performance Center

•         Should have worked extensively on performance test planning, work load modeling

•         Provide regular status updates to internal stake holders

•         Participate in proposals/new assignments along with development teams

•         Assign tasks to team members & provide guidance/mentor them
