-          Primarily assist the Channel Team and the SDR Team with all administrative / SFDC requests

-          Partner Portal

o   Reports, dashboards, SFDC requests, approvals, workflows, opportunity management etc.

-          Assist with requests – workflows, adding fields, modifying SFDC processes

-          Build Reports, Dashboards when necessary

-          Help any SFDC user by answering questions, training, explaining our internal process

-          Customization on 3^rd party apps – Kugamon

-          SF apex coding work

 

Salesforce Admin Requirements:

 

-          Must have experience – we need someone who doesn’t need any training and can jump right in

-          Experience working with Channel Sales and/or Sales Development Teams is a plus

-          Must be able to manage partner portal and approval process

-          Must be able to build reports, dashboards quickly and without guidance

-          Must be able to communicate with multitude of people – VP’s, RSM’s, Executives

-          Must be able to efficiently manage projects and handle deadlines

1.            Experience in Design, Deployment & Configuration of Ericsson MSP product
